Dr. Robert F. Dowell is an author, instructor, senior pastor, and founder of the New Life Fellowship Church in Lawton, Oklahoma. There he teaches people to discover, pursue, and fulfill their God-given destinies. He also teaches people through the Word of God how to obtain success and how to strive for excellence in their lives. Dr. Dowell is the President of the “New Life Bible School and Greatness Academy.” He is committed to changing the world by developing students in character, scholarship, and leadership.  Students can obtain training in the five-fold ministry, kingdom entreprenship, coaching, receive Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Theology, and obtain a ministerial license.
